I've raised Nikita since she was 8 weeks old. She's a spayed female Siberian Husky Crossed with a German Shepherd. White/blondey/gingery medium coat.
She is house trained and leash trained. Though she has poor recall due to having the urge to chase rabbits/ducks etc... So isn't suitable to be let off leash. She has food aggression towards people she doesn't know, this is mainly surrounding her food bowls. So something to be aware of.
She is a very loving and caring dog. Very loyal to people she gets to know.
She's not agressive by any means, though isn't suitable for a family with children. Although never tested around children and is fine when people pet her during walks. I don't feel she has the temperament/patience for children.
Nikita has been diagnosed with a slow growing cystic cancerous tumor in her chest. It currently has no impact on her health, though will eventually impact her health in the coming, year(s). It's hard to really tell at this point how long it could be.
I'm looking for a final home for Nikita. As I'm relocating to America and unfortunately can't take her with me.
Ideally I want someone who can focus their time on Nikita. Make her feel welcomed. Take care of her needs and give her a home to live out her remaining time on this earth.
I'm happy to discuss any concerns regarding her health. Provide veterinary records and any questions you may have.
